Emergencies
The emergency register covers in-air and ground incidents - including ones that happened without a flight.
An entry
Three things are required: the event date, a description of the situation and the actions taken. The pilot, drone and flight are optional - a propeller damaged in transport is recorded without a flight. When linking a flight, the system suggests the selected drone’s flights from around the event date.
Anyone can record an event; a pilot edits their own entries, the operator edits all of them.
Incidents are visible in two places:
- next to the flight they concern (with a counter on the flight list),
- in the organisation’s separate consolidated register.
The consolidated register shows 100 events per page, with filters by pilot and drone. Filters and page number are stored in the page address, so the link can be copied and the browser’s Back button brings back the same view.
