First steps

Every organisation works on its own, isolated account. It stores the UAS operator number and STS declarations - they go automatically into flight log exports.

Users and roles

Accounts are named. Roles split the responsibilities:

• Operator - manages the organisation: accounts, fleet, personnel, settings.
• Pilot - works with their own flights: uploads logs, fills in checklists.
• Superpilot - a pilot with operator permissions (except account management).

People in Personnel can have functions: pilot, observer, support personnel, other.

Note

Other organisations cannot see your organisation’s data. The only deliberate exception is sharing drone positions in a KOL session during a joint incident.
