Drone servicing

Every drone has a service history - opened with the Service button on the drone card.

Service entries

An entry contains: the date, the type (inspection, repair, part replacement, modification, other), a description, the person who did the work, notes and the person who reported it.

On save, the system automatically adds a flight-time snapshot - the drone’s flight count and hours at the moment of the entry. You can always see what the flight time was at inspection, no matter how many flights come later.

Who can

  • Anyone can add an entry - a pilot reports a fault from the field without waiting for the operator.
  • Editing and deleting entries: operator only.
