Personnel and qualifications
In the personnel module you manage the organisation’s people. Each person can have several functions at once: pilot, observer, support personnel, other. People with operator permissions additionally carry a Superpilot badge.
People are created together with their accounts in the Accounts section - in Personnel you complete their details, you don’t add new people. A person’s e-mail comes from their account and cannot be edited.
Qualifications
For every person you record qualifications with expiry dates:

On top of that: expiry dates for the pilot’s third-party liability insurance (OC) (voluntary) and H&S training, plus the pilot number and the person’s own operator number (an informational field).
Validity status is shown with chips: green (valid), red (overdue), grey (no data). Approaching deadlines go into the dashboard notifications.
Archive and export
A person moves to the Archive when their account is deactivated - the flight history stays. The operator can export the personnel list to XLSX - see “Exporting the flight log”.
