Operator account
The Operator account page holds the organisation’s data as a UAS operator. The operator edits it; pilots have a read-only view.
What lives here
- The UAS operator number - automatically included in every flight log export.
- STS-01 and STS-02 declarations with expiry dates.
- The operator’s liability policy - number and validity.
Each item’s status is shown with a dot: green (valid), red (overdue), grey (no data). Approaching deadlines also appear in the dashboard notifications.
Three levels of insurance
The system has three independent places for insurance - worth keeping apart:
