Command and documentation in one system
Drones are already standard in rescue work - but how do you use them when several units and many drones are on scene and decisions have to be made fast? FLAARE brings it together in one place: a live view of all drones, an automatic flight log and a mission planner.
Live operations map
One map shows every drone involved in the incident - colour-coded to show who is online, where they were last and what route they are flying. Areas and points - such as the incident site or an assembly point - can be added on the map and sent straight to the pilots' controllers in the field.
Air Operations Coordinator (KOL)
The KOL module lets a coordinator work across drones belonging to different operators and manage operating areas.
Automatic flight log
After a flight, just upload the log file from the DJI controller - the system creates the flight entry itself. The entry includes the full GPS track, takeoff and landing times, altitudes, speeds, battery usage, flight events and the drone's serial number.
The flight view is a route map, an event timeline and an interactive telemetry chart: altitude, battery, voltage, temperature, speeds, satellites - with zoom and event markers. Flights can also be added manually when there is no log.
Advanced mission planning
- 01
SAR mission planning
The services edition of FLAARE generates flight routes for multiple drones while keeping a consistent ground pixel size and separation for operational safety.
- 02
Terrain following
Missions generated by FLAARE can account for changes in terrain elevation. The elevation model used allows highly accurate terrain following.
- 03
Delivery to the controller
No need to plug the controller into a computer. Missions can be planned in the controller's browser and then picked up directly in the flight app.
The mission lands straight in the route library on the DJI Pilot 2 controller.
Your unit's everyday records
Fleet and batteries
Drone fleet management in one place: a card for every aircraft, service history and inspections, and battery condition tracked automatically from flights.
Checklists
Your own templates with sections, tick-off items and text fields - matched to your unit's procedures and ready for every flight.
Emergencies
A register of in-air and ground incidents. Every event has a description and the actions taken, so lessons from operations aren't lost.
Personnel and qualifications
Track each crew member's flight time and get reminders before qualifications and training expire - you always know who can fly.
Dashboard
Unit statistics, monthly flight chart, flight time per pilot and per drone.
Your whole fleet
The standard FLAARE licence for services covers 5 drones - your unit's whole fleet in one system, on shared data.
Your data. Your organisation. No one else.
Operational data is often sensitive. That's why security is not an add-on in FLAARE but a foundation - from server location to the way people sign in.
-
Servers in the European Union
Operational data and flight logs never leave the European Union - in line with GDPR and public-institution requirements.
-
Full organisation isolation
Each unit works on segregated data. No one outside the organisation can see its operations, flights or personnel.
-
Encrypted transmission
All communication - from the controller in the field to the browser - is encrypted.
-
Named accounts and pairing codes
Every action is attributed to a specific person, and controllers connect with one-time pairing codes.
One licence per unit
The whole system in one licence - support for 5 drones as standard. No limits on flight log entries.
FLAARE for services
The full system in one licence
One annual licence
Pricing depends on the number of drones and modules. One fixed fee for organisations with up to 5 drones.
- Live operations map
- Automatic flight log
- Mission planner with DJI Pilot 2 delivery
- Fleet, batteries, checklists, personnel
- Support for 5 drones as standard
KOL module
Add-on moduleIncluded in the licence
For units that join by the end of 2026. From 2027 the module is paid separately.
When several organisations are working the same incident, the coordinator sees the drones of all units and assigns operating areas to operators.
Let's shape FLAARE around your unit's needs
Units that join first co-create the system - you tell us what your unit needs and we build it first.
